Value-Added Services in which you can receive added benefits for your support price…
Tier 1
This program will cost $425.00 per center plus $20.00 per lane. You will receive 50% off your First Repair during the Year.
Discount Example:
A 12-lane center would pay $425.00 + $240.00($20.00 per lane) for a total of $665.00.
If you send a Matrix box in for standard repair, it will cost $675.00.
The Tier 1 discount would be $337.50 saving you 50%
Making your total cost for the year of support $327.50 or $27.29 per month.
Tier 2
This program will cost $525.00 per center plus $15.00 per lane. You will receive one (1) free repair for the year.
Discount Example:
A 12-lane center would pay $525.00 + $150.00($15.00 per lane) for a total of $675.00.
If you send a Matrix box in for standard repair, it will cost $675.00.
Making your total cost for the year of support nothing.
Tier 3
This program will cost $625.00 per center plus $10.00 per lane. You will receive two (2) free repairs for the year.
Discount Example:
A 12-lane center would pay $625.00 + $120.00($10.00 per lane) for a total of $745.00.
If you send two Matrix boxes in for standard repair, it will cost $1,350.00.
Making your support Free.
Multi Center Tier
This program will cost $900.00 + $10.00 per lane You will receive only two (2) free repairs for the year for the total centers.
Discount Example:
If you had two (2) centers with a total of twenty-four (24) lanes it would cost $900.00 +
$240.00($10.00 per lane) for a total of $1,140.00.
If you send two Matrix boxes in for standard repair, it will cost $950.00.
Making your total support cost for the year for both centers $115.00 and $9.58 per month.
TeamViewer Quicksupport
We use Team Viewer to remotely access your computer to provide support that can’t be explained over the phone. Teamviewer is built into Computer Score, but if you can’t access Computer Score, it can be downloaded from here.
